Your club's coaching philosophy, methodology and development pathways should be assets the club owns, not knowledge that walks out the door when a coach moves on. The club area gives administrators and coordinators one view of the club: what needs attention and what ran across every squad this week; every squad with its coaches and what it has delivered this season; training plans pushed to any squad or the whole club, with delivery and drill feedback visible per plan; position profiles carrying the club's own coaching points by age band; every coach's Working with Children Check and coaching qualifications in one list; and a readiness report the committee can read. Standardise your methodology from MiniRoos up, and when coaches change, your IP and your record stay with the club.
Club licences from $24.99 per squad per year, two coach seats included
Each squad licence covers the coach and an assistant: $29.99 a year for clubs with fewer than 10 squads, $27.99 for 10 to 19, $24.99 for 20 or more. Add families for 30 per cent of the squad price, giving every squad up to 30 supporter seats. Club administrator and technical director seats are $49.99 a year. At 20 squads that is $12.50 a coach, instead of $29.99 going it alone.
Licences are assigned centrally, so each coach opens the app to find their squad, their pathway and the club's methodology already waiting, no setup required of them.
