SquadManager Pro for clubs
For club administrators and technical directors: one licence, every coach equipped, and your club's coaching methodology retained when volunteers move on. Built for community football clubs serious about player development.
1. Every coach gets the full kit
- Session planning three ways: pick a plan the club has curated and shared, let the AI session planner build one for the squad's age and level, or choose your own drills. A time-poor volunteer coach has a session in minutes, and the club can make its coaches' lives easier by curating and sharing plans
- Pre-match talks, match reports and end-of-season reviews generated for the coach, saving time and increasing engagement
- More than 100 curated drills with step-by-step diagrams a first-time coach can teach, and a session plan the coach can print or share as a PDF
- Fixture import, line-ups, a sub planner that builds fair game time for you, live match recording, and live matches parents can follow from anywhere
2. The club keeps its IP, and sees it delivered
Club administrators and coordinators get their own view of the club, in five tabs:
- Overview: what needs the club's attention this week, and what actually ran across every squad: sessions, match reports, coach notes and drill feedback
- Squads: every squad, who coaches it and what it has run this season. Squads roll into the new season with their history staying with the squad, even as volunteer coaches come and go
- Coaching: the club's playing philosophy and values, which also inform the app's coaching assistant tools; training plans pushed to any squad or the whole club, with delivery and drill feedback visible per plan; and position profiles where the club layers its own coaching points as players move through their development
- People: every coach and admin in one list, with their Working with Children Check and coaching qualifications, and reminders before either lapses
- Admin: assigning licence seats, rolling from one season to the next, and assessing the club's overall status, with a report the committee can read as a PDF
Age-range coordinators filter for their age cohorts, so the MiniRoos coordinator's view shows only MiniRoos squads. When coaches change, the methodology and the record stay with the club.
Coaches can also see which positions and combinations actually work for their squad, measured honestly against their own team's level rather than a flattering scoreline.
3. Simple pricing
One squad licence a year per squad, two coach seats included
| Squads licensed | Per squad, per year |
| Fewer than 10 | $29.99 |
| 10 to 19 | $27.99 |
| 20 or more | $24.99 |
- Two coach seats per squad, for the coach and an assistant: at 20 squads that is $12.50 a coach, against $29.99 going it alone.
- Families: add 30 per cent of the squad price for up to 30 supporter seats per squad.
- Club administrator or technical director seat: $49.99 a year.
4. Player data and child safety
- Players have no accounts and are never shown a ranking
- A parent follows their own child only after the coach approves them, and sees nothing about anyone else's child
- Ratings and coach notes are for coaches unless the coach chooses to open them, and there is no messaging to children
- The club records each junior coach's Working with Children Check and coaching qualifications, with reminders before either lapses
- Data sits in a private database with access controlled row by row, never sold or used for advertising. Full details in our privacy policy
